Softer than I was expecting and very comfortable. Some people mentioned the pockets are at a weird location but this isn't a problem if you have shorter arms

This jacket is really good quality- nice and warm. Pleasantly surprised! My son is a slim 12 year old and the size 10-12 fits perfect with a little room to grow.

This is a beautiful coat. The peacoat style is tailored and fits true to size. The material is softer than I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The herringbone pattern added to the overall that the coat is well-made and a quality piece. Would definitely recommend.
