I bought these because I needed to replace the clip in my ESD kit that grounds the mat and wrist strap. They do the job.

These are much better then cheap metal wire crimp connectors. Great tight hold with 4 mm banana connectors. Strong springs and all metal is non esposed. Should last a while.
