Alles Folgende ist in dem Kit enthalten: 1 Nasendusche, 30 Packungen vorgemischtes Salz für die neti pot Nasenspülung, 1 Trockengestell, 1 Temperaturaufkleber, 1 Standby-Luftventil und 1 Organizer.

Alle Zubehörteile können in dem von uns vorbereiteten Taschenorganizer verpackt und untergebracht werden, und wir können Ihnen versichern, dass der gefüllte Organizer nicht zu viel Platz in Ihrem Rucksack einnimmt.
Eufrain Nasendusche Gebrauchsanweisung
1) Öffnen Sie die Nasendusche und geben Sie 240 ml warmes, steriles Wasser hinein.
2)Füllen Sie die Vormischung aus der Packung in die Flasche und verschließen Sie sie fest.
3)Schütteln Sie die Flasche vorsichtig, damit sich die Mischung vollständig im Wasser auflöst.
4)Führen Sie den Nasenlochanschluss fest in Ihre Nase ein, drücken Sie die Flasche vorsichtig zusammen und lassen Sie sie wieder los, damit die Lösung in Ihre oberen Atemwege fließt.
Öffnen Sie Ihren Mund leicht. Drücken Sie die Flasche mit der Hand zusammen, damit die Reinigungsflüssigkeit in die Nasenhöhle fließt. Alle 0.5 Sekunden zudrücken und loslassen. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang mit dem anderen Nasenloch.
5)Anschließend können Sie 'einatmen', um die Flüssigkeit in Ihren Rachen und Mund fließen zu lassen. Ihre oberen Atemwege können vollständig gereinigt werden.

Ich hab nun nicht den Vergleich zu anderen mitteln,aber für das erste finde ich es sehr gut.

Hallo, Ansich ist die Nasendusche sehr gut aber leider fehlte im Lieferumfang das Thermometer, welches mir vieles erleichtern würde.

Let’s face it, no one really wants to have to use one of these! But if you need one, you need to try this one. I have used the neti pot for years, but didn’t want to have to pack mine, so I decided to buy this one to send & keep at my vacation home. The pump mechanism is comfortable to use, and liquid going up into the nose is prevented from coming back into the bottle. It came with 30 saline pouches, a temp sticker for the bottle and a very handy stand for drying! It also came with a little bag to keep everything in. I will be replacing my neti pot at home with one of these for sure!

The product is awful. Only half the water is being used, while it is so hard to press it. I do not understand why they even produce it.

As a beginner for nose cleaning, I like this pack because it has everything I need for the whole cleaning process. The instruction book is very detailed and helpful.

I have used ones like this before and this one is a little different and took a little getting used to but it does work well, time will tell how long it holds up. a nice touch is a stand that is included for drying the bottle and stem between uses. so far a good value and I will probably buy a new one when this one needs replacing. price is good as well
