Gifted it to an 8yr old for birthday right after opening it she couldn't get it to work. Called Amazon for options because I was not going to ask for it back from her but received no help. Thanks Amazon for not being helpful and empathetic in this situation.

My daughter loves her L.O.L Surprise Camera. It takes pictures, records videos, and you csn even add filters to your photos. It is great for beginner blogging and documentaries. My daughter is 6 and she has an easy time navigating through her new camera!
