Bought this for my vw t5 1.9tdi. I was getting a noise from alternator/ steering pump area like a dry bearing noise. Steering was noisy on full lock. Checked the pulley and it was stuck solid. Bought this and swapped it over runs and fits great. Now ! Don’t get me wrong it was a ball ache of a job. To get the actually alternator out was a mare and then to remove the pulley off the old alternator. You need the tool and a good impact or a large bar. Can’t complain with quality.
