This vest enables you to run that bit further, with fluid on your person you can keep hydrated and keep you able to run. It will also hold your keys and potentially your phone although it’s just held in with the drawstring pull and not a waterproof zipped enclosure. It will fit most people and it’s easy to adjust. It’s much better value than branded items and you’re saving a lot of money. The quality isn’t amazing but it does the job well enough. It’s super light and comfortable and you barely know you have it on. Overall cheap and cheerful running vest.
