I wanted a fitted vest to go over tops with a long skirt for summer (when I do not need a full jacket). I liked the tapered fit, close to the body, especially in the back. The length is just right, not overly cropped. And my favorite part are the stylish lapels, that can be for a small accessory pin. I bought both colors of denim to coordinate with different color boho skirts. Medium was best, 5 foot 6 inches, 140. It does not close enough to button, but when I tried the large, it was not fitted in the back, just not as cute on me. Mid weight denim is just right too. Makes an outfit!

Nice looking denim vest.Nice shape. You definitely need to wash before wearing. There is some sort of chemical odor mildly but needed wahin.

What sold this vest for me was the lapel and the gorgeous seam details in the back. This vest fits so well! I think it struggles to contain my bust but that's a me problem and absolutely no fault of this vest. The pockets are real too! I had to wait a while for it to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Five out of five stars.
