Definitely does the job I need it to do. You can see from the photo that I do some astrophotography and needed a tripod with height and stability. This tripod easily gives me both with the added bonus of handling a considerable load (25kg) that I won’t outgrow for my camera gear, even if I start mounting reasonably sized telescopes and equatorial mounts. I’m very happy with this and may just buy an upgraded model for some added reassurance that I am completely covered in the tripod department for a very long time.

Overall impression is very good. Legs are very stout, feels very sturdy and the twist locks work well. Extended out fully it's very tall, nearly 6'. Have a gimbal head attached, plenty of surface area on the mounting surface of the tripod. Holding a Canon R7 w/ 200-800mm lens and is rock solid, much better then my previous carbon tripod. Weight is good for the size, not to heavy. Carrying bag is nice but will not fit back in it with my gimbal but that's ok. Compared to some friends Manfrotto tripods, this one gives them a very good run for their money. The phone holder is fine, something I'll never use. Incase you need to know, the 'ultra' or 'max' series phones in a case won't fit into the holder, they are too wide. The weight pouches seems constructed well, with solid mounting system, we will see if I need to use it.

Incredible tripod, works very well with my mobile 150mm Sharpstar on a ZWO AM3.

Ho il fratello maggiore e quindi posso dire che questo pesa meno e quindi è più trasportabile,ma la stabilità è uguale.E' dotato di puntali in acciaio da montare a seconda delle necessità e di una staffa snodata da avvitare alla base per lo smartphone.Ci sono anche le solite chiavi a brugola per i serraggi delle viti.E' dotato di una comoda sacca per il traporto.Quello che non mi è piaciuto è la base d'appogio che è fissa mentre nell'altro modello che ho si può comodamente girare allentando la leva.Non ha la mezza tazza per la messa in piano,ha sotto la base il gancio per appendere lo zaino e la rete per appoggiare eventuali accessori.Nell'insieme è un buon prodotto,fatto con ottimi materiali che al tatto danno il senso di solidità.Vale questi soldi per me.

Works very well for a shooting tripod, supports a rifle with a total weight of 15lbs without issue. Comparable quality and rigidity to a Athlon which is triple the price. The ball head is the weak point of this package but can be expected with its price. Has supported everything I have put on it without slipping but really needs to be cranked down with heavier rifles. I am 6’2 and with the tripod fully extended the rifle come to the top of my head, also makes a very sturdy platform for shooting prone or seated from a bench. If you are looking for a budget tripod to hunt/ shoot off of this is it, I am happy with my purchase and will probably buy another.
