Ordered this item 2x to have 1800 grams of counterweight on my c-stand that's holding a studioflash in my studio.With the weight of the bag included this item 'transformed' into 2kg's of total weight to help stabilize said c-stand. I might order 3 more to have 4,5kg total.I chose this item over a larger, solid object because 6mm balls make it easier to manipulate the shape of the sandbag.
