Firstly, this product is extremely well constructed from high grade aluminium (not plastic as it may appear from the pictures). It fits my Insta360 Ace Pro 2 like a glove and once installed correctly is very strong and solid with no risk of falling off! Now, this brings me to the negative & 1 star reviews on Amazon, as well as some other places. I'm sorry to say this but, these are simply down to people not fitting the item correctly. I have easily replicated the "problem" that they perceive the device has. i.e. that 2 of the 4 grips do not lock into the camera and therefore the camera & Horizontal mount can come apart. The simple fact is that you need to push the mount onto the camera base until it gives a clear click. However, This does NOT adequately engage the 2 connectors nearest the curve of the L shape mount. You need to then squeeze the camera and mount together again but with the force very firmly applied directly above the "loose" pair of connectors until you hear a distinct 2nd click. At this point the mount should be perfectly fitted. You can test this easily by pulling at the Vertical arm of the mount (the part that covers the camera battery slot). It should feel completely solid. If there is ANY movement away from the camera then it is not fitted correctly and you need to repeat the process.I hope this helps you if you've already got one of these mounts and thought it was faulty. It probably isn't! I almost didn't purchase this item due to the negative reviews. I'm so glad I decided to "take a punt". As now I can use the camera as I intended.

Ich kann mich den Rezensionen der Vorredner nicht anschließen. Passt perfekt an meine AcePro. Nichts wackelt, alles rastet ein und bleibt wo es sein soll. Man braucht nur etwas mehr „Druck“ das die Halterung einrastet. Sitzt sie aber, sitzt sie bombenfest.

Produkt kam schnell an, top! Geht sehr sehr schwer drauf und wollte anfangs nicht halten, Camera und Mount sind neu, vlt liegt es daran. Ist es aber einmal zusammen, genießt es mein ganzes Vertrauen. Möchte auch sein bei dem Preis.

Der Winkel beträgt weniger als 90 Grad. Somit spannt das Teil extrem an der Kamera. So sehr dass nur eine Seite vom Verschluss richtig einrastet. Die zweite Seite vom Schnellverschluss hakt mit Mühe und Not ein, jedoch geht sie wieder heraus wenn man leicht daran zieht.

2 mal gekauf. 2 mal nicht passend. Schade. Rastet leider nicht richtig ein und mit einer kleinen Bewegung kann man die Halterung entfernen. Ich hätte das Produkt gern gekauft und habe noch keine gute Alternative gefunden. Aber so geht es leider zurück. Hätte gedacht, dass das Original Zubehör gut passt

This is a must have mount for your Insta360 Ace Pro camera. You can easily attach the mount to the camera with their magnetic locking system. It can be attached with the mount on the left or right side so you can use the audio adapter with the mount. This mount is perfect so you can film videos vertically for TIKTOK or horizontal for YouTube. The mount is made of metal instead of plastic to ensure it is strong and can be mounted to the camera over and over without failing to keep camera attached securely. I highly recommend this mount.

Vertical attachement is not fitting for the clamp its falling of after a slight pull - guess I got a faulty item. Will be sent back to Amazon…

Passt nicht genau. Rastet nicht richtig ein. Bei Bewegung, Schütteln fällt es ab. Nicht zu gebrauchen. Hätte gedacht, dass das teure Original Zubehör passt. Es gibt leider (noch) keine Alternative. Geht zurück.
