This floaty is a little different from your conventional floaty that looks similar and already has the float pieces attached to it because these need to be inflated. The chest piece is very small so if you have a bigger child or a taller child, it does fit right at their armpits and is very tight. With that being said, I feel at the size guide of 2 to 6 years old and correct. This definitely does not fit my four-year-old comfortably. It is very tight so I would use it on my 18th month old and that fits better. I don’t think that you can go past a two-year-old. I think this is better for a smaller toddler maybe. Once inflated, it does feel super soft and almost as if the air is coming out of it. You have to inflate the chest and both the arm pieces and it does have a clip at the back. In the water it is it holding as well as the other type of Floaties that are that hard foam. I did notice my baby kind of falling a little bit more deeper into the water than usual with the foam ones. The price point is cheaper, which is great and it’s easier to travel with this since you can’t inflate and deflated at your leisure. So not quite too sure how I feel about it. I still think I prefer the ones that are that hard tough foam. They seem to keep my child above water better than this one.

This is adorable and fits great and works just as well. It kept running against my child’s face though to the point they were in too much pain to continue wearing. We will bot be continuing use due to this. Hopefully others have better luck than I did
