Description says that this item is for 20 packs (it also says 25 in another section) and each item is 20 sheets. I received 1 item only which for £16 is extortionate. In process of returning but presumably this is an error on the Amazon system that needs correcting.

Quite clearly, this is a faulty product! If an organisation produces a faulty product ('seconds') then have the decency to say so. Don't advertise the product as a special offer. I have been using these folders for years and have been completely happy until now. These folders are smaller than normal so it's a difficult to insert paper without creasing as the inserts are smaller. Not happy!!
