I've been looking for a better copier paper for work from home laser printer; paper I can print double sided on, but also write comfortably with gel pens (and fountain pens) without feathering or bleedthrough. I found it here, finally in A4 100gsm.Its not easy or that economical to get the HP Premium 32lbs paper (only in letter size) in this part of the world - which is sometimes recommended for fountain pen safe copier paper. If you print lecture notes for review, your resume, or thank you notes, or even important contracts to be signed on, why not?Works with various gel and rollerball pens; from broad to fine. Rollerballs are tricky on paper. Even with rollerball pens like the Uniball Vision Elite that bleeds through on most 80 -90 gsm 'premium digital' copier paper and examination pads that I've tried, this paper passed the test flawlessly. Zero bleed.Fountain pens worked flawlessly (from fine to broad italic nibs) - as some other reviewers have mentioned. The paper is smooth, long grained, so writing on it is roughly like writing on Clairefontaine/Rhodia paper. Most importantly, there was no pooling or feathering I could discern - and clearly no bleed through on either side. Even certain kinds of highly saturated inks did not bleed through. So you can write safely on BOTH sides of the paper - not something I can say for many types of coated paper (which are often coated on only one side)The only pen that bled through was a sharpie or alcohol marker. No feathering though.A ream of 500 pages will probably last me about 18-20 months. I might as well get the best printouts I possibly can from my home printer. Printouts that I can be assured will last, and can mark up with almost any pen.Out of the box, you will find it so so smooth on BOTH sides.Different from all the allegedly 'Premium Digital' 80gsm or 90gsm copier paper that I've seen or bought from supermarkets and IT shops. If you haven't tried this paper, or if you're in the market for something better that you can use with your home inkjet printer (which are more picky about paper than laser printers) do try this. It's unlikely you'll regret it. Read the reviews.I've experienced inkjet coated paper in the past - but they are usually coated on one side only.If I had a color inkjet printer, this would probably be paper I would test, evaluate and then choose as the paper I will buy. I didn't test an inkjet on this paper. Other reviewers have.Once I finish my remaining 60 pages or so of older common everyday 80gsm copier paper, I'll replace them on the home printer.

Running a small publishing business, we have tried a wide range of paper stocks and this is definitely among the best for inkjet printing and comes at a great economical price (£6/500 sheets we paid on eBay incl delivery). It also cuts down well to A5 size and smaller. The paper is very very smooth, brilliant white, and thick enough that double-sided (duplex) printing with a good degree of ink saturation works perfectly with no wrinkles or bleed through.Another advantage of this paper we noticed, it's extremely rare to have a paper jam (which happens quite a lot on our MANY printers in duplex mode), especially when printing on A5 size (cut down). The paper feeds really well and I think that's due to its smoothness and heavier weight. The only complaint I have (and it's nothing to do with the paper or Xerox) is that some sellers are unfortunately sending out reams of paper with totally inappropriate packaging (often just a plastic bag cover!) and it can often arrive dog-eared or creased. I recommend either buying in-store if you can find a good price seller, else buying at least 4-5 reams at a time so vendors use a proper box and packaging.
